These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of melioroai.com (the "Site"), operated by Finnovate Technology Solutions Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India with its office at C-2, 91 Springboard, Sector-1, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("Melioro," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. About Melioro
Melioro is the trading name of Finnovate Technology Solutions Private Limited. We design and build AI-powered sales and marketing automation systems — including lead generation, AI sales agents, outreach, CRM automation, and pipeline optimisation — for businesses across a range of industries.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, industries, and technology stack, and to book a strategy call with us. You agree not to:
(a)Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
(b)Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems;
(c)Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content for commercial purposes without our permission; or
(d)Interfere with the Site's normal operation.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the Melioro name and logo, and the Site's design — is owned by Finnovate Technology Solutions Private Limited or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site — including the technology partners in our tech stack — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance on the Site doesn't imply any endorsement or partnership beyond what's stated.
4. Booking a strategy call
The Site lets you book a strategy call with us through Calendly. Booking a call doesn't create any contractual obligation between you and Melioro beyond the call itself — it's a free, no-obligation conversation.
Any paid engagement for our services is governed by a separate, signed service agreement between you (or your company) and Finnovate Technology Solutions Private Limited, not by these Terms.
5. No guarantee of results
The Site describes the systems and services we build, and the outcomes they're designed to produce. Actual results depend on your business, market, and how a system is implemented — we don't guarantee specific results from using the Site or booking a call with us.
6. Third-party services
The Site uses or links to third-party services, including Calendly, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, RB2B, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finnovate Technology Solutions Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
