Book a strategy call

Effective September 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Finnovate Technology Solutions Private Limited, operating under the brand name "Melioro" ("Melioro," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit melioroai.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you don't agree with it, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

Melioro is the trading name of Finnovate Technology Solutions Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India, with its office at C-2, 91 Springboard, Sector-1, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

We build AI-powered sales and marketing automation systems for businesses across a range of industries.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what's collected automatically when you visit the Site, and what we receive from the third-party tools we use to run it.

(a)Information you provide directly. When you book a strategy call, send us a message, or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may collect your name, work email address, company name, website, phone number, and the details of what you'd like to discuss.

(b)Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we (and our analytics and advertising partners) automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with the Site — including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent on the Site, referring website, and general location. We use Google Analytics for this purpose, and plan to use Meta Pixel.

(c)Information from website visitor identification technology. We use RB2B and ZoomInfo WebSights, website visitor identification services, which use cookies and similar technologies to identify the companies — and, in some cases, individual business contacts — visiting the Site, by matching your visit against data these providers and their data partners hold about IP addresses, devices, and professional or LinkedIn profiles. This may reveal your name, job title, company, and business contact details to us even if you don't fill out a form or otherwise identify yourself.

(d)Information from third-party services. When you book a call through our Calendly scheduling page, Calendly collects and shares with us the booking details you provide — your name, email address, and the date and time of the meeting — subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites remember information about your visit. The Site uses:

(a)Essential cookies, needed for the Site to function correctly.

(b)Analytics cookies, from Google Analytics, which help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.

(c)Advertising cookies, from Meta Pixel, which help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing and show relevant ads to people who've visited the Site.

(d)Visitor identification cookies, from RB2B and ZoomInfo, which help us identify the companies and business contacts visiting the Site, as described in Section 4 below.

(e)Third-party cookies set by Calendly when you use our scheduling widget.

4. Data partners and online profile matching

When you visit or log in to the Site, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors — including RB2B and ZoomInfo — to associate that activity with other personal information they, or others, have about you, including by association with your email address or online professional profiles.

We (or service providers acting on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to the emails or profiles identified this way. You can opt out of RB2B's use of your information at https://app.retention.com/optout, and manage or opt out of ZoomInfo's at https://privacy.zoominfo.com/.

5. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

(b)Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;

(c)Understand how visitors use the Site, through Google Analytics;

(d)Measure and improve our marketing, through Meta Pixel;

(g)Comply with our legal obligations.

6. How we share your information

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and our business:

(a)Calendly, to schedule and manage strategy calls;

(b)Google, for website analytics through Google Analytics;

(c)Meta, for advertising measurement through Meta Pixel;

(d)RB2B, ZoomInfo, and their respective data partners, for website visitor and company identification, as described in Section 4; and

(e)Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties, where we're legally required to.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, respond to your enquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics and visitor-identification data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, RB2B, and ZoomInfo, unless we configure them otherwise.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

If you're located in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to:

(a)Access the personal data we hold about you;
